What was your very first car?
A Chevy Cavalier. I bought it from my brother Van, and, to be honest, there was nothing I could do to kill that car!

If you had one tip for people during the car buying process, what would it be?
Do your research before you start shopping.

What was your very first car?
1976 Vega Camback GT Wagon. It was a hand-me-down from my mom. She used to use it for running to work. It was a 4 speed manual with lock out reverse. Lots of fun to drive! Its last day was a trip to the beach on an August day. The water pump went out on it!

If you had one tip for people during the car buying process, what would it be?
I think that everyone is different? If you love to drive and care about what you drive, you will like the Mazdas the best! As far as buying a car? Just be honest with us, and we will be honest with you. THOSE DAYS ARE OVER!

What was your very first car?
Family "Hand Me Down" that required money to change hands too. 1972 Buick Estate Wagon with about every option available including the outside woodgrain trim. The rear tailgate powered down into the floor and the 3rd row seat was rear facing- hard to imagine today. It came in handy when moving but didn't pass many gas stations.

If you had one tip for people during the car buying process, what would it be?
Look at getting a vehicle as a fun thing to do. Give it some thought on what you want and need. This will make the entire process so much easier - ask us here for advice and we will be glad to help.

If you had one tip for people during the car buying process, what would it be?
If the ad is too good to be true, it's not. Remember Ben Franklin once said, do not believe anything you read and only half of what you see. A few sources I like are Car-Fax and Consumer Reports.

What was your very first car?
1977 International Scout (The Beast): This was the perfect vehicle to align with every 16-year-old boys feeling of invincibility. The Beast could go over or through just about anything! I was in the middle of proving that when I took it off of a 4-foot drop-off in the woods at 25mph and bent the frame. Fortunately, I had saved my money and promptly purchased a Datsun 240Z…turns out it was really fast.

If you had one tip for people during the car buying process, what would it be?
Be open to looking at different makes and models on our lot that your sales consultant may recommend after learning about your needs and wants. After 15 years in the car business, I have seen many customers come into the store thinking the only option for them was "Car A"; they then end up purchasing "Car B" because it suited them or their family in ways they had not thought about. Trust your consultant!

If you had one tip for people during the car buying process, what would it be?
Decide on what type of vehicle best fits your personal needs, do the research on it, and then find a dealer and a salesperson you feel you can trust and try not to listen to all the outside tips from friends and coworkers on how to proceed otherwise what should be a great experience can sometimes turn stressful. Trust your research!
