New Honda HR-V

Performance Comparison

  • You'll have two engine options for the new Mazda CX-30, either the base 186-horsepower four-cylinder or the optional 250-horsepower turbocharged engine. The new Honda HR-V offers just one engine, a less-energetic four-cylinder rated for 141 horsepower.
  • When you're driving the new Mazda CX-30, you might feel like you're driving a sporty sedan because of how athletic this SUV is, which is thanks to its precise steering and composure on curves. The new Honda HR-V is also enjoyable to drive but doesn't manage to deliver the athleticism of its Mazda peer.

Interior Comparison

  • While the new Honda HR-V has a spacious and well-built cabin, it's not quite as luxurious as the Mazda CX-30. Inside this Mazda SUV, you'll find only high-quality materials and modern styling details, resulting in an upscale interior that's a joy to spend time inside of, regardless of how long the trip is.

  • The new Mazda CX-30 showcases a long list of standard infotainment features, including an 8.8-inch screen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and built-in Wi-Fi. The new Honda HR-V struggles to keep up by only offering a 5-inch display, Bluetooth, and a single USB port as standard equipment.
